Fatima Ali Abu Owdah earned a bachelor’s degree in arts education from Al-Aqsa University and has worked as an arts educator since 2007. She creates works in a wide variety of mediums including painting, mosaic, textiles, ceramics, photography, sculpture, and printmaking. She contributed to the Palestinian History Tapestry organized through Oxford Brookes University, UK, and one of her paintings is featured as part of the UNRWA Quilt in the Middle East. She has also supervised workshops for graduates and women in her community and guided students in illustrating literary stories for Orchid Company. Fatima Ali Abu Owdah presented her solo exhibition Traces of the Soul at Dar al-Kalima University in 2021, and has participated in numerous local and international exhibitions including Life and Hope, Nisan Flower, Corona and Art, Formations, Colored Wounds, Mosaic Art Piece, The Independent Commission for Human Rights exhibition, the inaugural exhibition Shards of the City at Bethlehem Gate Gallery, and Palestine: A Tale and Color at the Palace of Palestine, London.
