Yasmeen Al Daya pursued a bachelor’s degree in art education and was ranked third for her graduation project, receiving high praise from the jury for her work. She experiments with various mediums and techniques, including photography, sculpture, and mosaic. Her work is influenced by the styles of Rembrandt and Vermeer and characterized by her interest in realism. Many of her projects reflect on women’s issues and freedom. Yasmeen Al Daya has participated in varied exhibitions and workshops, and has continued to work through numerous displacements, adapting her art practice to the circumstances.
